MINIATURE SCHNAUZER CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Sunday 6^th April 2025

Following the Open Show but not before 2.00pm

The treasurer & secretary and the following committee members, Mr Chris Clay, Mr Jaxson Manser, Jodi Dawson (co-opted 2024), Sandra Graham (co-opted 2024), Andrea Holland (co-opted 2024) retire and offer themselves for re-election.

L Woods Resigned leaving one space.

Nominations for any of the posts are welcome, they must be proposed and seconded by fully paid-up members with the written consent of the nominee. The nominee must have been a fully paid-up member of The Miniature Schnauzer Club for three consecutive years.

All nominations and items for the agenda must be with the Secretary six weeks prior to the date of the AGM (Sunday 23 February 2025)

Ballot papers will be sent and full instructions will be supplied with the ballot paper(s)

Please note should there be less than two nominations for the same posts then ballot papers will not be sent.
